Steps to take to redeem your gift certificate:

1)   Call 719.407.3212 to set up & discuss your session

2)   Read the Styles page & the FAQ the day before your session for a refresher about what to expect. If you have any questions or need to change your appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior to your session.

Please read these important notes about your gift certificate & session:
​

• Your Gift Certificate will be honored for the total amount until 5 years from date of issue. 

• The entire amount must be used in one session. The balance beyond the certificate value will be your responsibility.

• Gift Certificates are non-transferrable.

• All normal Policies on the Sessions page apply to Gift Certificate sessions.

• You will be required to sign an informed consent agreement (links to sample) and complete a basic health history if this is your first session with me.
